Support
Help with Time Counter for Android — Counter+ purchases, restoring Counter+, widgets, or anything that isn’t working as it should.
Email us
mochishop.support@gmail.comThe easiest way is from inside the app: open About → Contact Support. Your own email app opens with a short block already filled in — your app version, Android API level and Support ID. Nothing else is attached, and nothing is sent until you press send.
Write to supportWhat helps us help you
- What happened, and what you expected to happen
- App version (shown on About)
- Android version and phone model
- For purchases: your Support ID (About) and Google Play order number
Please don’t send your counters’ names, dates or photos — we don’t need them. Never send card or bank details.
Restoring Counter+
Bought Counter+ but it’s locked — after reinstalling, or on a new phone?
- Open Home → Counter+ → Restore purchase.
- Make sure you’re signed in to Google Play with the same Google account you bought it with.
- Still locked? Email us with your Support ID and your Google Play order number.
Reinstalling gives the app a new Support ID, so if you’ve reinstalled, send the one shown on About now.
Purchases and payments
Counter+ is an optional one-time purchase made through Google Play. Google takes the payment, so payment methods, receipts and declined cards are handled by Google Play — see Google Play Help.
If your payment shows as pending, Counter+ unlocks on its own once Google confirms it; just reopen the app later.
For anything about Counter+ itself, email us.
Widgets and app problems
If a widget shows something out of date or is blank, open Time Counter and edit that counter — this refreshes its widgets.
If that doesn’t help, or something else is wrong, email us with your Android version, phone model and launcher, and whether it happens when the app starts, after an edit, or only on a widget.
New phone or lost counters
Time Counter has no accounts or cloud sync, so your counters live only on your phone. Moving them depends on Android’s own backup:
- With Android backup on, counters and widget designs are restored.
- Background photos are not restored from a cloud backup — pick them again. On Android 12 and newer, a direct phone-to-phone transfer can bring them across.
Privacy and data requests
To ask about or delete the purchase data held by RevenueCat, email us with your Support ID. The Privacy Policy explains what is stored, where, and for how long. Complaints and your rights as a buyer are covered in the Terms of Service.
